Ellie Talley has been selected as the new Assistant Principal at Forest Hill Elementary School

The Forest Hill Foxes are welcoming Ellie Talley to their family.  Mrs. Talley will be serving as their new Assistant Principal.

 

Mrs. Talley has been an educator for thirteen years, most of them right here in Germantown Municipal School District, teaching at Houston Middle School and later supporting teachers as an Instructional Technology Coach at Houston High School.  “I am a proud product of the public schools in Germantown, and I consider it a profound privilege to serve my new Fox Family in this way,” said Mrs. Talley.

 

She recently earned her Ed.S in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University by conducting research that focused on peer monitoring, the impact of academic interventions, and the inclusion of students receiving special education services.

 

“Mrs. Talley has an extremely varied background at multiple levels of education–she’s taught at elementary school all the way through to high school students.  She also brings a unique combination of soft skills and instructional expertise that will compliment our leadership team perfectly,” said Principal Zac Percoski.
