Forest Hill Elementary's Administrative team

Mr Percoski is Forest Hill Elementary's first principal, which he has been for this third year. Previously, Mr. Percoski served as the principal at Germantown Municipal District School's Farmington Elementary School. Awarded the Southwest Principal of the Year in 2020-2021, Mr. Percoski is a present leader at Forest HIll.

Mrs. Pickens has been in education for 17 years. She has taught 4th grade, 1st grade, and kindergarten.After 10 years in the classroom, Mrs. Pickens began working for Memphis Teacher Residency. As an Instructional Coach there, she taught teachers getting their master’s degree in education from Union University. She still serves as an adjunct professor for them from time to time. In 2016, Mrs. Pickens returned to the school setting as an Assistant Principal at Farmington Elementary School. In 2019, she joined Mr. Percoski as we opened Forest Hill Elementary. One of our proudest professional accomplishments is being the very first Assistant Principal at Forest Hill Elementary School. Mrs. Pickens has been married to Antonio for 10 years. They have a lab named Riley and a polydactyl tabby cat named Huey. 

Ms. Bennett has over 14 years of educational experience, most recently, as an Instructional Math and Science Coach in Desoto County Schools.  She has also served as a Math and Science Specialist and a Super-Group Member for the Mississippi Department of Education.  Prior to her years in curriculum development, she taught elementary school in both Mississippi and at Southwind Elementary School in Memphis, TN.
